Why should I take classes with B2B Solutions?
Our instructors offer practical, real world ITSM and Project Management experience in order to equip you with the ability to apply the concepts learned in the classroom back at the office.
How and when do I pay for the class?
Payment by credit card, check, or purchase order is accepted. Payment is due prior to the seminar. If payment is not received, a credit card hold will be required for participation. This card will only be processed if payment has not been received within two weeks following the class.

Yes!
What is the maximum number of students per class?
To ensure that each student can interact effectively with both the instructor and the other participants the maximum number of students per class is:
- ITIL v3 Foundations or Foundations v2-v3 Bridge -- sixteeen (16)
- ITIL v3 Intermediates -- eight (8)
- ITIL v3 Expert -- eight (8)
- ITIL v2 Service Manager --eight (8)
- ITIL v2 Service Manager to ITIL v3 Expert Bridge -- eight (8)

What is your cancellation policy?
Registrants may cancel up to fourteen days in advance of the class start date for a full refund. Or, you may transfer your registration to another member of your company at no additional charge. Registrants canceling within fourteen days of the class will receive credit, toward any other class offered by B2B Solutions.
What happens if B2B Solutions needs to cancel a class?
In the highly unlikely event that a class must be cancelled, you will be notified at least two weeks prior to the class date. Class provider is not responsible for losses due to cancellation including losses on advanced purchase airfares. As classes are cancelled for under-enrollment from time to time, we strongly recommend that registrants traveling by air purchase only refundable tickets.
