Dave Klein, Founder, President and CEO
Dave has been advising and leading organizations in the strategic use of information technology and managment for nearly 30 years. In response to a need for quality delivery of service level management solutions, Dave founded B2B Solutions. As a leader in the IT industry, he has diverse experience, including successful engagements with Empirical Software, United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), and DuPont. Dave holds a Master of Engineering Administration degree from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University.
Greg Mays, Principal Consultant
Greg is a specialist in database management and Oracle consulting, with more than 20 years of experience. During his tenure at B2B Solutions he has led many successful IT projects, including performance monitoring/tuning, routine/maintenance reorganizations, SQL tuning, backup/recovery, troubleshooting, security/auditing, training and implementation, software installations and database design. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science, Management Information Systems, from Radford University.
Vivek Gangal, Principal Consultant
Vivek is an Oracle certified professional, with extensive experience in creating, implementing, tuning, maintaining and migrating databases. He specializes in database architecture, modeling, development, and implementation of end-to-end solutions. Vivek is recognized as a Dean Scholar in the MBA program at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Michael Kline, Principal Consultant
Michael has more than 20 years of experience managing Oracle databases. He specializes in database troubleshooting and providing database performance solutions. He has assisted numerous clients with database design and performance issues.
Paul Stallard, Principal Consultant
Paul has extensive Oracle database related consulting service experience, and exceptional sales skills. He has also performed health assessments and site reviews for clients to guide ongoing relationships and ensure regulatory/industry compliance. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science, Management Science, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Linda Macdonald, Principal Consultant
Linda provides solid experience in writing/editing, graphics, marketing/advertising, and project management solutions. She has authored numerous software reference guides, installation and administrative manuals, tutorials, course materials, online help documentation, sales materials, web site content, and has also written and produced service level management white papers.

Betty has been involved in the IT industry for approximately 25 years, including working with the Commonwealth of Virginia. Betty specializes in IT consulting services, and she is skilled in relationship building and providing clients with solutions. Betty is committed to quality, excellence and integrity.
