ITIL v2 Foundations Certification Training 
This hands-on, instructor-led, ITSM Foundation Certification training program introduces the student to the fundamentals of IT Service Management as described in version 2 of the IT Infrastructure Library. Accredited by EXIN and ISEB, the course helps students prepare for the certification exam along with acquiring valuable insights from instructors who have actually managed IT operations and ITSM programs. Delivered over three days the course features lectures, discussion, case study team exercises and quizzes. It culminates with an optional, one-hour certification examination.

ITIL v3 Foundations Certification Training 
This three day, hands-on training program, accredited by ISEB, introduces you to ITIL fundamentals. The course provides valuable insights from qualified instructors who are ITIL certified Experts with experience in managing IT operations and ITSM programs. The course covers the Lifecycle of Service Management, its processes, and terminologies in the following modules:

  • Service Strategy provides guidance for setting an overall strategy for the management of IT services.
  • Service Design provides guidance for converting strategic objectives into a portfolio of IT services and assets.
  • Service Transition provides guidance for successfully managing high volumes of change.
  • Service Operation provides guidance on achieving effectiveness & efficiencies in IT service delivery & support.
  • Continual Service Improvement provides guidance on improving IT services and processes to deliver value.

ITIL v2 to v3 Foundations Bridging Certification Training 
This one-day, instructor-led course covers the key differences and benefits of the changes in ITIL v3. The focus of this session will be on the new service lifecycle approach to implementing new and changed services, while also addressing key new concepts, functions, processes, and changes to existing processes.

ITIL v3 Capability OSA and RCV Training    
This five (5) day, hands-on training program accredited by ISEB, focuses on the practical application of ITIL processes. The course is instructor led by qualified ITIL certified experts with experience in managing IT operations and ITSM programs.

  • OSA (Operational Support Analysis) covers the practical and operational process activities to include Event, Incident, Request, Problem, Access, Service Desk, IT OPS and Application Management.
  • RCV (Release Control & Validation) covers the practical and operational process activities to include Change, Release and Development, Validation & Testing, Asset & Configurations, Knowledge, Request Fulfillment and Service Evaluation Management.
