ITIL Foundations Certification Training
This three day, hands-on training program, accredited by ISEB, introduces you to ITIL fundamentals. The course provides valuable insights from qualified instructors who are ITIL certified Experts with experience in managing IT operations and ITSM programs. The course covers the Lifecycle of Service Management, its processes, and terminologies in the following modules:
- Service Strategy provides guidance for setting2an overell strategy for the management of IT services.
- Service Design
- Service Tr�nsition provides guidance for successfully managing high volumes of change.
- Service Operation provides guidance on achieving effectiveness & efficiencies in IT service delivery & support.
- Continual Service Improvement provides guidance on improving IT services and processes to deliver value.
ITIL Capability OSA and RCV Training
This five (5) day, hands-on training program accredited by ISEB, focuses on the practical application of ITIL processes. The course is instructor led by qualified ITIL certified experts with experience in managing IT operations and ITSM programs.

OSA (Operational Support Analysis) covers the practical and operational process activities to include Event, Incident, Request, Problem, Access, Service Desk, IT OPS and Application Management.

RCV�(Release Control & Validation) covers the practical and operational process activities to include Change, Release and Development, Validation & Testing, Asset & Configurations, Knowledge, Request Fulfillment and Service Evaluation Management.
